These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SOMA Next applications, websites, and APIs (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy and Medical Disclaimer, which are incorporated by reference.
SOMA Next provides computational modeling of physiology — including pharmacokinetic simulations, substance and nutrition analysis, and wearable-data integration — for informational and educational purposes. The Service is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice; see the Medical Disclaimer.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and API keys and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service to provide medical advice or clinical decision support to third parties; (b) probe, disrupt, or overload the Service or circumvent rate limits and tier restrictions; (c) reverse engineer non-public parts of the Service except where permitted by law; (d) submit data you don't have the right to share.
You retain ownership of the data you submit (profile, health metrics, sensor readings, meal photos). You grant us the limited license needed to operate the Service — processing your data to run simulations, calibrations, and analyses you request. Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy. You can export your data and delete your account (and all associated data) at any time from your profile.
Some features require a paid tier. Pricing, billing cadence, and cancellation mechanics are presented at purchase. Tier limits (simulation counts, durations, data retention) may change with reasonable notice.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SIMULATION OUTPUTS ARE ESTIMATES AND MAY BE WRONG.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOMA NEXT AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY HEALTH OUTCOMES ARISING FROM DECISIONS MADE IN RELIANCE ON SERVICE OUTPUTS. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where practicable.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app and the version date above will change; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. We keep a record of the version you accepted.
